This is not the answer to your question, however I had one on my XKR and it was good; however did not see anyway to put it on my Ftype R effectively so got rid of it. Just mentioning as I also checked with my mechanic and he thought the FtypeR was too low and as well not a good area for fitment either.

thanks for your reply, think one will fit to my 2018 bumper, loads of room underneath, but I see what you mean, found this thread from last year, but trying to source in uk for postage reasons, also I have a very small plate so would be cutting the front plate licence bracket to size

I'm in the US but I used one that uses the tow hook, no cutting or drilling required. I did read that it can block some sensors but I don't have any driver assists on mine. Fortunately the law in my state change July 1st and I can take the front plate off. : )

I spoke with another F type owner who had the stow and show, keeping it for the nasty irritating police meter readers in San Francisco. I just avoid that cesspool. Yet to your purchase intent, there was one for sale in the Marketplace section of the Forum.

I installed one on my 2020 R with no issue. Good quality product.

Likewise - I have it on my 2017 SVR. It's great and easy to install.

I also have one on my 2020 R. Works fine and installs easily. When ordering he needs to know model and year of vehicle and will provide the appropriate mounting hardware.
