Default V8S owner lowering questions ????

I want to lowering my F-Type, i have a 2015 F-Type V8S. I have a question for those who have a lowered V8S model.
Can you tell me your driving experience, what kind on springs with part # you have and post some pics please.
I'm very undecided between the Eibach, H&R and VAP.
I search a lot in this forum but never found something specific for the V8S
thanks a lot

They are all good springs, just depends on what you want for ride height. The H&Rs are the lowest - IMHO I like the look but you are a bit more likely to scrape on things. Not terrible mind you, just something to keep in mind. Search for photos of each and decide what looks good to you.

I didn't found anything about the V8S specific, a lot about the V8R or the V6S, but nothing about the V8S, i mean picture and opinion of customer.
the H&R seems a bit too low, the rear seems higher with the VAP and i found nothing with the eibach but the 0.6inch in front seems not enough...so i'm very confused 🤔

VAP list springs for a few F-Type models and they lump the V6 and V8S in together while the R AWD and R RWD are separate listings, see here: https://www.velocityap.com/product-c...nsion-handling
Which suggests you want V6 springs not R springs whatever brand of springs you end up going for.

Go for KW HAS and dial in whatever height you want at each corner.

I have VAP springs on my V8S. I'm happy with the results. I like the height, can't say that there is a huge difference in ride but certainly nothing negative.

I don't have a v8S but I did use H&R lowering springs and I love the look and ride. It's firmer than before but I'll trade handling agility for ride comfort any day. And I have always been particularly wary of watching out for curbs and parking lot concrete stops, so lowering another 1.2" didn't seem to make much difference [other than perhaps cutting the angle a bit sharper when negotiating a driveway/parking lot up-down grade].

After chatting with several people here who had their f's lowered by all three options, everybody seems pretty happy with the look and ride they got after lowering so most likely you'll be good with whatever choice you make, as well. We're only talking about a quarter/three-eights inch difference either way, but just the same, you want it the best it can be. We all get that.

Here’s a 2015 F Type R on H&R springs for the V8, and a comparison pic with a stock car. Don’t let the pic of V6 springs mislead you .
