Lightbulb Wanted: 3D Model of F-Type to 3D Print

I got a 3D printer for xmas and one of my first thoughts was to make a 3D print of an F-Type. I've been searching for an F-Type to buy but in the mean time, I think a printed one for my desk will hold me over.

I've seen a handful of paid 3D models online but most of them are for on-screen display and not for printing. If anyone has or has a lead on where I can find a free-er 3D model then I can then edit to print or has a printable 3D model already, please let me know!

P.S. ISO 2016-2019 F-Type S Coupe MT (with any interior color that isn't red). Please let me know if you find one!

There are die cast models of the F type on ebay. I think they are 1:18 scale. White, black, and gray color options.

I'm literally on my 4th print ever but let me get some kinks out and I'll give it a shot! What dimensions are you looking for? My print bed is 350x350x400mm.

I've been looking for an MY18 model - most makers don't follow Jaguar's facelifts ...

Thanks Dan....Gosh, 1/18th....1/24th scale? Whatever you feel comfortable with, Sir. I have $$$ and ELK STEAKS as we harvested/butchered 2 this season behind our old ranch!

I have an old 911 and the Porsche tax for some parts is ridiculous and there are other parts that were never made... (plastic door handles for G body cars) so I have taken to drawing parts up in CAD and either printing them locally (cough cough) or depending on the material needed using this company:
https://www.shapeways.com
Gear knob eventually printed in steel (for a hefty feeling in your hand)

Window opener for rear window (part was unobtanium for a while or $$$)
sketch:

CAD

Part printed and ready for grind and polish:

Door handle CAD (G body) never made in plastic unlike earlier cars:

Proto printed part (showing weight difference to other builders) - wasn’t intended to end up on a car, but is now in use in France!

Modified CAD of my final version:

I’ve done tons more and typically used Shapeways.
Shapeways has been great for printing most of my high accuracy parts. Especially the steel and ceramic bits.

That said, I would love a printer of my own in the garage! Dan Mandle - I’m soooo envious!

I would definitely be down for a 2016 silver/grey coupe with blade wheels - would be happy to cover costs plus shipping and a reasonable reward for the effort! If you get it dialed in, send a Pm. Thanks,
