Wheel calibration without dealer?
I am “finally” upgrading from 19” to 20” wheels. Does anyone know what the method is for calibration of the speedo, and computer?
I am upgrading from 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 to
255/35/20 and 295/30/20 front and rear respectively.

No calibration required as there is very little difference in tyre diameter between the two sets both front and back.
It's not necessary, but the easiest way to go since your tire installer won't have to sync new sensors to the car. Making certain you find compatible sensors can also be a challenge.

We ended up putting them back into the original corners, but I did take pictures of the sensors so I know which ones they are. What a difference in ride, and look from the 19”!
I haven’t the wheels fit perfectly, wouldn’t spacers extend the wheel/tire outside of the wheel well? As it sits now there is room on the inside and the tire is square with the body.
what am I missing?

Typically on our cars folks are using a pretty thin spacer, 15-17 mm, so it doesn't push the wheel out past the wheel well, but it does bring it out to the point where the wheel well looks to be "filled" up by the tire. Its subtle, but can make a significant difference in appearance to those that care about such things. After you look at cars with bigger wheel offsets or stock wheels with spacers for a while, cars that have stock wheels with no spacers tend to look too "tucked in". Maybe look at some other posts where members have before and after spacer pics and see if you like the look. Just a suggestion, but either way, your new wheels are an improvement over the 19" - enjoy!
