I am new to Jaguar. and own a 2017 V 6 Base. I am looking to replace the Y pipe, water pump, thermostat and supercharger coupling and whatever else is suggested.
I would like to know what is the best repair kit to purchase, something that will accomplish all that is required.

I suggest reading all the threads you can, and watching lots of YouTube.. One helpful lister tip mentioned that the intercooler matrix is somewhat fragile and needs to be treated gently. Another suggestion to remove the bonnet is one I will seriously consider before tackling the FTR next winter, doing the XF was tough enough without a forward-hinged obstruction in the way. I do feel more confident with the plastic gone.

 

In the middle of having all this done to my car now. Also doing symposer delete, brake fluid, rear diff, spark plugs, air filters, and a stage 1 tune.
