Cheap Gas Locator
I found this site to be helpful in locating the cheapest gas for a given location. You then put in the desired zip code to get a listing. As far as I know this just works in the US, although I haven't tried any other country's code. zip or postal.

Snag is, that at over 7$/US gal, the best answer would be 'Go to America!'
