Rear center seat belt

is there a way to unlatch the shoulder strap on the rear center seat belt? I don't like having to stretch it out of the way when I put the seat back down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a small hole in the latch that you can push a small diameter pin into to release the two sections.

Thanks. I tried this once before but apparently the pick I used didn't go in far enough. I used a small nail this time.
