I've moved your thread from General Tech Help to Jaguar Forums Feedback & Suggestion Center forum. This is the place for forum issues.

I see you are having problems with your CAPS key so the picture issue could be a simple procedural problem. Are you pressing the UPLOAD button once the picture displays?

I've uploaded the image of my XK to your previous post #6 to make sure it works.

I think the problem may be the image you are trying to upload is too big. If I try the image direct from my DSLR (6.7 mB) it will NOT upload.

Resize within MS paint to about 100k I find works.
Having opened the photo in MS paint i chose the resize button and the new window shows me two choices of units to use to resize either percentage or pixels. I choose pixels and if the photo is in landscape mode I reset the number for the horizontal size from around 5000 pixels to about say 900 pixels
Paint will automatically change the vertical size for the correct proportion.
For portrait mode photos I reset the vertical size from 5000 to a bit less, usually 700 pixels and then save in paint.
You can give it a new name to save the original photo otherwise the default is to overwrite.
This is with my photos using a 23mp smart phone camera

I tried resizing the image and still doesn't work.
To recap: I go to manage attachments, browse my device, attach the image and then press the upload symbol. Nothing happens.
I've posted pictures many times and don't understand why the process no longer works. I've not changed phones, computers, browsers--nothing.
Anyone?

I have had this issue for a couple of months or so now using Chrome. It worked just fine prior to that.

If I use Firefox it works just fine.
