Exclamation 02 S-Type ABS fault

Hello every one, this is my first Jaguar, i have a 2002 S-type, i love that car it is just amazing, now my problem is this:
the car wasn't shifting right, i read some of this forums and i realize that it could be the speed sensor since the dashboard reads "Traction Control Fault" i checked all sensors and the front right wheel was disconnected or unplugged, i cleaned it all and put it in place, and it worked good, the Traction control was active again and the car shifted perfectly, however when i break it makes a loud sound as if the ABS was engaged, i went and remove the ABS motor fuse in the fuse box under the hood ( square pink one ) and it solve the problem, my concern is that the break and ABS light are one, its any way to bypass this or fix the abs or is it definitely something wrong with the sensor ??
