Ok guys I live in nj I need help . I just got a 04 jaguar x Type 3.0.. the person who sold it to me hook the battery up with wrong and the alternator started smoke(key not turned). Any long stormy short I put a new alternator and started in and also replaced the positive terminal wire! Went to start it cranks but won’t start. I also replaced the fuel pump and fuel module since I got a code pop up still nothing today I i started testing the fuse box and realized half my fuse box had power other half doesn’t. I’m pretty sure there are shorts in wires. Can any one tell me what wires may cause this by hooking the battery up with wrong really need help guys
