I just purchased my first Jaguar and I an very excited to be able to own one! I have always kidded about owning a Jag so now that it has happened I am looking forward to cruising Northern Cal.
It is a 1998 Jaguar XJ8 in green, It has the moon roof. It needs a little bit of cosmetic repairs but runs like as top!

I need several items to bring the car up to snuff. A racing green rear bumper, a new rear view mirror. It needs the headliner re-attached in the back seat area. It is not torn up it is just hanging too low
It has a few scuffs on the right front bumper, so I am going to have them re-painted.
The engine is the 4.0 liter. It is in excellent condition! I just obtained a new cup holder on eBay as the one in there was damaged.
I need another key and clicker for the doors locks. Do I really have to go to Jaguar ONLY to get them replaced or fixed??
I just joined the Sacramento Jaguar Club. I am looking forward to meeting other owner. How do I see how many of these were made? It is the XJ8 base I believe. What's different on the "L" version??
