Low battery no start. I'm charging battery now I hope its starts is there a security reset procedure or will the security have ignition cut off???

The alarm may go off if you don't get the ignition switched ON in less than thirty seconds and the "learned adaptions" such as window travel limits will need resetting but refitting the charged battery should be no more dramatic than that.
