Default Finally another Jag back on my drive - 2004 XJR

I have just taken delivery of my 3rd Jaguar, a 2004 XJR in Platinum Metallic with Dove leather. It has a healthy 101,000 miles on it and came to me in remarkable condition having had a knowledgeable and conscientious previous owner. I have previously owned a 2006 XKR in the same colour and a 1999 XK8. I have long admired this variant of the XJ series and simply could not pass one in such a condition. I will attempt to keep it as I have been given it so thank you in advance to anyone on the forum who contributes to this effort. It will be my daily driver when I do not need my truck (and it is not snowing). My wife is less than pleased and my kids are not enthused so I know I have done something right.

Look forward to reading and postings.

Guy

Hello, Guy,
Congratulations on your Latest Jaguar!
You're right! 101,000 miles is in its Prime!
And, if your wife and kids aren't thrilled with your Jag, then they'll leave it alone for YOU to drive and not hafta flip a coin to see who gets it today!
Win, Win!! LOL

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums, Guy! It's great to have you with us.

When you get a chance, please start a thread in the X350 forum and post some photos of your new Jag. We'd all love to see it!

Cheers,

Don
