Default Finally got a XKR 2004

Always wanted to own a Jaguar, and finally made it. Sorry my wife isn't here to enjoy it with me, but she's always in my heart. I chose this 2004 XKR mainly because it was a one owner and well maintained. I've had it now 4 years and drive it mostly to see my grandchildren. After surviving a few stokes, I'm determined to get it back to original and updated w/bluetooth and new maps.
I've logged just over 2k miles so far which puts it around 102k. I used to know most everything about these machines but have holes in my memories these days, so most days I just look and scratch my head. I'm new to forums and threads so this simple note is complicated even on my good days. I hope to hear good things about these cars and I'm looking forward to possibly a little insight along the way.

Hello,
I'm sorry for your health issues. I'm learning by first hand observation the devastation even a "small" stroke can wreak.

I hope you get your Blue Tooth working to your satisfaction, and that you enjoy your new Jaguar for a long time to come.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome.

Well done.

Health is so taken for granted, until it smacks hard.
