FINALLY, the picture you asked for. What do you think?
Here is a picture of my XKR coupe. I am pretty much done screwing with it at this point but all I did was tint and wheels.
The wheels are 10x20 rear and 8.5x20 front with 40mm offset. The tires are Yokohama S-Drive 285/30/20 rear and 245/35/20 front. The ride is very solid, not bumpy or rough.
I would love to hear your feedback. I love it, so it really is ok if someone doesn't. I am just interested to hear peoples thoughts.
I would love to lower it an 1.5 inches or so but i have heard that is a pain in the butt and expensive to get it done right so I will probably just leave it alone.
Hope you guys like it.

Like it! Only thing I would do is see if those center's pop off so you can put the JAG centers on there. With the classic look..i'd go silver, though it is an XKR.
Now go get'em! [sm=smiley20.gif]
How do you like the S-drives? Those are on my short list of replacements on my XK8. Lots of mixed reviews, but most say they are very good, stiff but not too rough on the beat up roads. I'd love to hear your review of them since our rides are pretty close (minus the suspension).
thanks!

I am trying to put a similar looking black and silver set of wheels on my XJ8 but am having problems with them hitting my brake rotors so now we are considering hub spacers which will go over the existing studs and provide a new set of studs which will get the wheel out farther and then have enough length in the stud to enable my lug nuts to get a good hold. The only problem is I must then have the old studs trimmed off in order for everything to fit which means there is no going baack to stock wheels for the winter. Did you have similar problems on your car or did everything fit just fine? Great looking car by the way!!!

Millben,
I did not have any issues with clearance. The wheels I purchased had a 40mm offset so they clear everything. It was a pain in the butt to find something that would work but keep at it. On a side note, apparently most wheel manufactures are drilling their 5 x 120 at 5 x 120.3 so they will fit better on something that is 5 x 4.75. ( I hope i got all of that correctly)
I almost bought several different sets of wheels until I decided I wouldn't buy anything that didn't fit without modification. I wish you luck.

Love the center caps! I definately would like to fit the red and black ones if I can. Just a matter of size.
I cannot even tell you how much I prefer the S-drive to the P-Zero. I almost wrecked this car because the temp outside hit about 40 degrees and they had no grip what so ever. The S-Drive has been great traction in all kinds of water and sever cold. Not sure about really pushing them as I do not have the weather for that now. (I really didn't buy the car for that anyway though.) This is a daily driver so I want it to perform well no matter what season.
On a side note, a 10.5 in wide S-drive is about usless in 2 inches of snow... I know, i wasn't surprised either. So I was snowed in at a cabin for an extra day, that wasn't the end of the world.
