Default Greeting!

Hello everyone!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Bill and I live in Newbury Park, CA. I'm a retired aerospace engineer and I recent purchased a very nice 1998 XJ8. My wife and I love the car, how it rides, and how it looks. I spent three days detailing the car and getting the paint back to looking nice. There are a few things that need attention, such as the headliner falling, and the rear view mirror fogged. Other than that, the car is fantastic.

Hope you all can bear with me as I am new to Jags and will likely ask numerous questions. But before I do, I will use the search function to avoid duplicating a question that has been answered previously.

Cheers
Bill

Welcome to the forum Bill,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow Norri's link in post #3 to the X308 forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.
