Greetings from Jersey
Hello all!!!
I just joined this forum even though I have been coming here for the last month, because over this short time period this forum has helped me a few times already.
My name is Tony and I live in central NJ.
Anyways, for a few months I was toying with the idea of getting me a decent used luxury car, So, naturally the main contender was a BMW 7 series.
Since my budget was limited, the huge availability of the 7 series made it pretty much the only choice. Still, after many frustrating visits to various dealerships I did not find something that appealed to me. Until one day, this late December, after test driving yet another 7 series something attracted my attention. The dealer was taking pictures of a car to post for sale on the internet and, after a few minutes he let me test drive it. Needless to say that within 5 minutes I found myself grinning and, that same night, that car was parked on my driveway.
You can say it was love at first sight or whatever, but for me it is the whole package. It is hard to argue that modern Jaguars and in fact modern British cars are not beautiful, and the interior is certainly soothing to look at, not strikingly bold but also not blatantly conservative. Also there is the exclusivity factor, Jags are much more exclusive than Bimmers.
By now You figured out that I absolutely LOVE my black cat even though I have only had it for a little over a month.
Ok, so my new BABY is a Black on Black 2010 Jaguar XF 5.0 Supercharged with 35k miles and still under factory warranty, which I will surely extend.
Sorry for the long post but that is how I feel pretty much every time I get into my big cat.
Thanks,
