I currently reside in the UK and recently purchased a Jaguar XE R SPORT 2.0t (2018). I was looking up for stuff to do with power-folding wing mirrors , and found this forum.
Does anyone know of a garage (or person) who is able to upgrade wing mirrors from manual to power-folding please?
First hurdle is there's a large number of variants for Powerfold Mirrors depending on the other options on the vehicle.
Each of those boxes opens up to several sub categories so it's going to be critical to identify the exact match. As a guide. I checked one example T4N3093 and it's 350 UKP from Jaguar. Actually less than I was expecting!
There will then be module compatabilty, programming and control switching to consider. None of this is unsurmountable if you are determined but you need to do careful research before committing.
