My Car an X Type SD has; Variant UAG1 and version 5JJJ G but the engine size is 2198cc, It is missing some of the enhancements which my old car had, Heated Screen, Heated Seats, reversing sensors, the first two are essential up here in the Highlands..

Question 3 X Type Jaguars

Just bought this Jaguar LX58 TXM my previous one was FD0 FZG and a 2006 Sovereign which has gone to Jaguar Heaven, I'm a little disapointed with the newer one as it does not have; Heated Windows or seats and no reversing aid, I wonder how easy is it to add the reversing aid, or maybe just go for a generic one from Ebay

WOW!! Talk about resurrecting an Ancient thread!!
Someone will be along shortly to direct you to the correct section (and maybe even give you an Intro thread of your own) where you can find all the help and advice you need.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forums HectorAlbert,

I've moved your two posts and Elinor's reply from the end of big woc's 13 year old Intro to a new Intro thread of your own.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ed-v8-x200-15/ to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
