My name is Scott and live in N.J. I am the proud owner of a 2005 S type 3.0 in platinum. I purchased the car from a gentleman outside of Atlantic City, N.J that used it to travel down the coast to his home in Florida and back. He maintained it very well because the car runs awesome (knock on wood) and appears to be in mint condition. I have owned XJ's in the past but because of my youth, attitude and inexperience they were "troublesome". Looking forward to being a productive member of this exceptional forum.

The company changed ownership after the Xjs you drove. Your S-type was built under Ford's ownership. All reports indicate Ford's influence improved Jaguar's reliability considerably.
