Welcome to the forums Downey,

(I've moved your post from the end of year old Intro thread to a new one of your own.)

Good to have you with us.

I can see you've already found your way to the S-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/western-us-ak-ca-nv-ut-hi-wa-id-38/ to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Default New member intro

Hello
I知 just adding a little to my intro.I知 in So California. I owned an Xke in my younger days. Now finally have another Jaguar S Type. I alway loved this model along with many other models. I wanted to own a Jaguar again because my passion for cars is high and Jaguar is my favorite. I love working on them and enjoying driving them. So yes the S-Type was on my bucket list. Also it is a excellent way to pay tribute to my Dad who helped me so much. In fact he never was able to get his Mark II complete because he spent his time helping me with the e type. Hats off to Maj James Downey.
