Hello from new XK8 owner
A short intro and my thanks to the forum membership. My name is Howard, and I live in coastal NC. A few months ago I acquired a 1998 XK8 convertible in British green. The car had been neglected by previous owner, with a number of items broken or non~functioning. I've already sorted most of those with the help of previous posts in this forum. This is a goldmine of useful information! I've got over 50 years of hands~on mechanical and DIY experience (bought my first "fixer upper" car in 1965), so looking forward to driving my XK8 after putting it back right, while participating in this group.

I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also use the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...r-atlantic-66/ to find other members in your region.
