Hi all
I joined the forum a little while ago but was a little unsure how to use it as I dont use forums at all, or Facebook etc.. anyway I'm in Romford, Essex in UK and have a 2004 Jaguar X Se D manual which has done a frightening 161, 000 miles. The engine is a 2ltr Desiel and it's a lovely car. Just flew through its MOT. I'm new to Jags so have a lot to learn. It's quite noisy , louder than I would expect from a Desiel but runs fine, although bit sluggish. Its just had the jets/injectors done by previous owner which resolved misfires. I would like to eventually put another engine in but do not want to pay more that what the cars worth. So that's my Hi intro to the forum.
Welcome to the forum Jaymo,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link UK & Eire - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
