Default Ignition and seat belt dashboard's lights blincking

Hey guys!!!

That's my first post. I bought my 1996 Jaguar XJ6 around 8 months ago and I'm loving it. But, I have had some issues since them. First, as I have seen on that forum I also had a problem with ignition coils. As posted, I also changed it and that problem was solved. Now, I've seeing the ingnition and seat belt dashboard's lights flicking some times. It happened around 2 months ago and it happned today again. It looks like a electrical issue because at that time some electrical components also is "blicking" too. For example, the windshield wiper and headlights. However, after a couples minutes it stop to happnes. If somebody have seen it and know the solution, please let me know.

Thank so much guys!!!

Kaiser Pereira

Hello, Kaiser,
Funny thing about old Jaguars; they lull you into a sense of comfort well before starting to show you where they hurt. I think this is to make sure it's properly cared for because she likes you and wants to be your friend. You know how cats are. LOL

Someone will be along soon to direct you to the correct section where you can get help fixing all those warnings.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome.

Bad earths are high on my list, followed closely by a suspect battery.

Good luck.
