Intro
Gentlemen,
My name is Dan Vicius and I am a new member. I have been a Jag lover since around 2006 when I bought my first XJR. Last year I was fortunate to come across 2002 XJR 100, which is my current vehicle. I want to thank moderators for creating and everyone who contributes to this invaluable information/experience sharing. I'm looking forward to being a part of the great Jaguar community.
Cheers,
Dan

Hi Dan,
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the relatively new acquisition! Greetings also from the Midwest Region, and a fellow Wisconsinite. We always used to drive through Chippewa Falls from Wausau (where I grew up) on our way through the Cities to Mankato where my uncle lived. Of course, the highway has bypassed everything now, but my mom always stopped for coffee at that Hardees on the corner (I think it's long gone...) and I remember looking for the murals on the right side of the road as you're leaving town. I hope those are still there.
Again welcome!
Scott

Thank you for the welcome! I'm still in the process of becoming a Wisconsinite
I am originally from Lithuania and my wife is from Chippewa Falls. Long story short, I moved to the States (Chippewa Falls) in July 2008 and a couple of months after I enlisted with the Marines. So I haven't had an opportunity to enjoy this area as much as I'd like to. However, last month I completed my active duty obligation and now am back in Chippewa Falls and hopefully this time I get to catch up on all the hunting and fishing
By the way, one of my friends I served with lives in Wausau. His name is Matt Lechleitner. Anyway, glad to be a part of this forum and the great Midwest
Cheers,
Dan
