Hi all. After a 8 year hiatus I am back as a Jaguar owner. In 2001 I bought a XK8. Best car I ever owned. I stupidly sold it in 2006. Biggest mistake and car regret I ever had. Now I am back in the fold with a 2002 XKR. The car is in excellent condition and I am updating all the maintenance to convince myself that all is up to par. Next and final thing on my list is the secondary chain tensioners. This forum has been a great help in helping me get everything up to par.

I live in Northern Virginia and work as a patent lawyer.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

I used to live out in your neck of the woods, in fact, up until a few weeks ago I still spent a good deal of time out in Herndon.

This is a great forum that has saved me a ton of time on research when it comes to these cars. I must have spent hours just browsing here the day after I was infected with a serious case of XJ6.
