I can see you've already found your way to the X250 tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. Members there will know about sources of both grilles and rims.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

I bought a 2010 XF and the previous owner had plastidipped the front grill black. It's a matte finish but looks good and is holding up good. Otherwise, ebay might be the best option.
