Default Jaguar Xf boot locked

Hello!! I got a Jaguar Xf 2010 model, my boot suddenly locked, it can't open from de button inside n can't open neither with the manual key, on de screen it shows de boot is open and
​​the car can't lock with the remote, please help how do I open the boot

Welcome to the forums Manyikem,

It sounds like you have a partially discharged or failing battery. This is a regular cause of weird electrical behaviour in Jaguars.

Valet mode (either set deliberately or accidentally) disables the luggage compartment unlock button BUT it should still open with the key blade as this is mechanical and overrides the electrical lock.
