These Are The Codes I’m Getting Can Any One Tell Me What they mean. Anytime I start the car the check engine light is on and I drive for about 3 miles and restricted performance pops up driven the car several times and it jerks when I get to a certain RPM and then it catches gears and rides smoothly any answers here?

Starting at the bottom of your list, you have missed a number and it should read P1111 indicating all OnBoard monitoring tests have been completed.
P0171 and P0174 indicate lean mixture
P0300, P0304, P0305, P0306, P0307 and P0308 are misfiring - the last number is the cylinder
P1316 is a consequence of the misfiring and indicates excess emissions
