Own a 2014 XF with only 20000 miles on the clock stop Star no working anybody any ideas I think it could be the battery still got warranty on the car

Welcome to the forums-- I just joined today myself.

Recently bought a 2017 XE 35t. Auto start/stop function would not work (some call that a good thing haha). Dealer replaced battery under warranty and now it works as intended.

A five year old battery is the first possible cause to eliminate.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xf-xfr-x250-44/ to the X250 forum for help, advice and information.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
