Default New 2006 XJR Owner- Las Vegas

Just bought an 06 XJR and I can't stop driving it. Friends keep saying this is an "old person's" vehicle- but thats only because they haven't taken a ride with me in it yet! I'm 30 by the way. My only issue with the car for now is that I have no way to play MP3 (FM transmitter for MP3 player sucks) and the new ACM doesnt fit my jag. Oh well- i'll just stick it out with the CD changer until they make an ACM that fits mine.

When I was 18 my very 1st ride a '88 XJ40 Daimler aka VDP . So don't think only old octogenarians drive Jags lol
I am totally surprised at your ride don't come with the MP# oppssss MP3 player . I don't think you would have a cassette deck either .If you have a cass player slot then try cass adapter ,this is what I do in my XJ40 and totally nice

Welcome Mark, is that your car in the pic, it looks great. It's not an old person's vehicle at all, but is certainly a vehicle for the more discerning younger person.

Hey Mark. Glad you love your Jag. Now you need to find smarter friends to go with it.

Welcome to the forum Mark, yah..just ignore the friends, until they start seeing you pull up to your local hotspots, they'll soon change their tune. Love the wheels on that XJR BTW, sweet.

Nice ride and welcome to the forums...

Why would you say that the ACM won't work with your stereo? It is was available on the 05 and up S so I'm sure it would work with the XJ. You may need to replace the cd changer with the ACM but it would be compatible with your head unit.
