I'm in Perth Western Australia and i recently aquired a 2001 s-type 3.0lt neat completely rust free could probably do with a new paint job but it has polished up ok &its been serviced regularly. It has all the goodies inc lights above the visor mirrors,sunroof,fantastic leather seats and even the rear window pop-up electric sun-visor the extras surprised me as its a 2001 model
