I am impressed by the amazing knowledge in these threads! Not exactly green myself - have been caring for so many Browns Lane orphans (and a couple from Castle Bromwich) over the years, kind of lost count.
First go at a S-Type diesel and hoping NOT to regret it - in one month so far:

• discovered all 4 tyres are wrong size and one now with bulging wall
• Occasional ABS fail warning
• AC died after week 1- blowing constantly hot

Still, it moves smooth, lovely on long distance and behaves like a 4L.
PLEASE: can anyone point me to a 'late' 2.7D fusebox diag??? I have 2 [1999, 2003 and 2006] and none match what I see in the engine compartment...

I'm sorry your kitty is having a hair ball fit. I only have tangential understanding of modern "electric" cars, and that fuse box scares the ******* out of me!
