New guy out of Southern California. My name is Travis. Picked up a 1977 XJS from a friend who didn't have time for it anymore. Looking forward to getting it cleaned up and maybe dialing in the suspension. It is small block swapped so unfortunately no beautiful v12 sound, but at least I get the simplicity and convenience of a Chevy v8. Anyways hoping to learn a thing or two about jags and make a few friends here.

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

You'll find several members here with Chevy transplants - more often as a replacement for the Jaguar V8 than the V12.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
