Talking New Member and 1st time owner

Hello everyone,
My name is David and if weather permits, I will take delivery of my 2013 XF 5.0 Supercharged today. I've dreamed of owning a Jaguar for a very long time and can't believe I'll soon own one. I will add pictures to my garage once I'm able to do so.

Regards,
DWL

Welcome to the forum David,

Congratulations on the XF.

You won't be able to start a forum 'garage' until you have 3 Days membership AND a minimum of 10 Posts but you can post pics straightaway.

Follow this link XF and XFR ( X250 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XF section for help, advice and information.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the US Lower Atlantic Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/lower-atlantic-nc-sc-fl-ga-66/to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Thanks for the additional information. Is it better to respond with a quick reply or new reply?

David,

SigPic looks good.

Easy way to reply is to use the Quick Reply box. If you then want to add pics or other attachments, you can easily switch to Go Advanced by pressing the right hand button below the box to bring up the necessary additional menu and tools.

Graham,
Thanks, I can't wait to pick it up. Weather man calling for snow this afternoon here in Charlotte but tomorrow should be clear. I'll have some of my own pics once I get it. Do these replies count towards my number of posts to get to the magic 10?

Hi Jim,
Thanks you so much. I've found everyone on this forum to be incrediblyfriendly and am very glad I joined.

Well, I picked her up today and have to tell you, WOW!!!!! What an amazingwork of art she is. I'm definitely going to have to be careful with the gaspedal because when I was pulling out onto the main road while leaving thedealership, I got a little fish-tale without even trying. I can't believe it'staken me this long to be an owner but I'm extremely elated right now. I'm notsure if you picked up on that.

Again, thanks to you and all the others for such a warm welcome and I willdefinitely add some pictures for everyone.
Cheers,
David
