New member- 2006 s type 3.0 Austin Texas
Hello everyone. I just purchased this car yesterday and it's beautiful. It's very fast has the tightest handling that was even better than my Mercedes E320 and feels a bit faster too. It's a beautiful car and I'm very excited. There are a few things wrong with it but I know that there is a plethora of knowledge on this forum and I am excited to be a part of this community and hope that I learn enough to be able to contribute to other people in the future.
The car has a few things that need to be fixed and I am willing to put in the work and meet new friends along the way. This is the first Jaguar I've owned. 2006 S-Type 3.0. solid white, immaculate interior, with 155,555 miles. And I couldn't be happier with it. One turn signal is not working and the high beams are not coming on and I have lost the cruise control and parking brake and I'm very confident that all these things are within my grasp now that I'm on this forum and I intend to continue my Jaguar collection with a newer model someday as well and possibly an older model over the next year or two. I have taken three semesters of custom paint and body and did very well. I'm hoping I can also apply that to some small customizations however I would like to keep the car as close to factory as possible I might put on a small lip covering on the front bumper to protect and add a little bit of class and style and I might smoke the tail lights and change the rims over time. But the name of the game with this particular style of car is class all the way and I intend to keep it that way. Thank you guys so much for having me please let me know the best way to get started and away we go. -Ben
