Hello fellow members. This is our first time owning a Jaguar. After a lot of research, and a long time search for 2 years, we believe we found our perfect for us car. It is a 2017 Jaguar XF R-sport 20d, with every option available for that year except for the heated windshield. Love this car more than anything else we have owned. Georgia USA. Now I need to search for the correct oil specs, and found a few topics, but still unsure of what brand and specs of oil to use.

You will get almost as many opinions on oil as we have members.

Other than using a quality brand, it's the weight (SAE) and specification that's important. Here's the list from the JLR website:
