My interest in Jags particularly E-types goes back to when I was in my early teen's.

I remember the first time I looked at an E-type I was mesmerized and still am it is such a beautiful car and I had to have one I was fifteen at the time.

I purchased my 1969 series II in 1975 and have had it under cover for most of that time that's 42 years.

I know a fair amount about the car, but since I am only a hobbyist there is much I do not know I am sure of that.

I am hoping to learn and contribute to the forum pages and make some new friends along the way.

Welcome to the forum Jeff,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the E-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/western-us-ak-ca-nv-ut-hi-wa-id-38/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Default Thank you for the warm welcome

I should clarify the 42 years of ownership.

I use to drive this to high school and in college.

once I graduated I needed a more practical car so under the cover she went.

Now I tend to work on it more than I drive it

I would like to make it perfect, just not sure if it is worth the time and money, it would require both and a lot of each.

Best Regards
Jeff

Ownership is ownership no matter the circumstances or condition of the car!

As long as you didn't sign it over to someone else during that time it's been YOURS all along!
