Default New member in Fife, with an X Type :)

Hello all. Very useful forum this, thank you.

I've a 58 plate (2009 model, I think?) X Type 2.0 Diesel SE , which I bought last September with 93k miles on the clock, she now has 122k.

I live in Fife, on the east coast of Scotland.

We're really pleased with her - and wish we'd bought a 2nd hand Jag before, having previously leased new cars. Not only is this far cheaper, but we've had luxuries we've not previously been able to afford, such as heated leather seats; electric folding mirrors and a heated front windscreen. We're seriously impressed!

Although we've only had her 16 months, she's been all over the place, and was even the car my partner learnt to drive in!

Here's a few pics:

Is there anything else I'm meant to say in the new member post?

Welcome to the forum scotland,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar Forums. You've certainly put some miles on the X-Type in 16 months!

I know you've already found your way to the X-Type tech section so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK Region forum by following this link UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
