Hi all, I'm a new member to this forum with a 1995 XJ6 purchased about 6 weeks ago that I'm thrilled with. Full maintenance history, new Michellin Hydroedge tires, tensioners recently changed out, beautiful kingfisher blue paint, 98,000 miles now (96,311 when purchased). Runs smoooooth. Coolest car I've ever had.

Welcome Joe! (and thanks for a username thats easy to say in my head and 'predict' your real name ) Enjoy your new car and enjoy your time on the forums. Don't be shy, we've all been where you are now, read a bit, ask some questions, get a 'feel' for the other owners and how the forum works, and you'll find a second home here on the internet. I remember being on the forum every day for probably a year when I first got my car. Needless to say, my work suffered a bit, so I had to cut back some. lol.

Ahhhh, spring break in Florida, how I envy thee.

Vector, thanks for the Welcome. Hope to see your ride about town when I'm in your area. Your XJR is a beauty!

As for my car, my only purchases so far are a replacement 21" wiper blade, a 30 mm combo wrench for the upcoming oil change, and OEM Doeskin sun visor clips from Paul's Jag in Ft. Lauderdale. Mechanically, she's running like a top.

 

Finally getting around to posting pics. Both taken the first weekend with the car, as received, and then after first wash and wax.

I have since removed the unsightly oil change reminder sticker .
