Hey everyone. After purchasing an 04 XJR recently, I've been on this forum nonstop so I figured I'd make an account and introduce myself.

My name is Drew, I'm from Michigan. Recently saw this car for sale on facebook marketplace and it caught my eye,

2004 XJR

Grew up working on and driving lots of trucks and solid axle offroad vehicles, so this style of car is completely new to me. other than a C7 corvette I had for a few years, this is the only sedan I've owned. It's been a fun experience learning about the XJR in the couple months I've owned it. Already fixed and modified a lot of things on it.

Some other of my interests:

My 97 Rock Crawler TJ, fitted onto a JK frame, SBC, SM465, Atlas, Ford one tons, full hydro, etc. Got it stock for my 16th bday and it went through various stages of offroad builds for 11 years since then. Currently got it to roller stage of this drivetrain setup and its sat a few years since. Hoping to get back on it soon.

2011 Duramax LML. My former Daily before buying the jag. Was ready for something smaller for the city.

Welcome to the forums Drew,

Good to have you with us.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the X350 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Hello, Drew,
Congratulations on your First Jaguar! You'll find it's in a Whole different class from anything else you own.
