Default New member with a restoration shop in Kansas

Hey folks,

I'm a member of another forum but I just joined this one. I just recently bought a 1986 XJ-S V12 with 36,000 miles, essentially no rust, some bad sun damage, and a few wires chewed through in the engine bay. Working at getting it running.

As far as myself, I own an automotive restoration shop which I started a few years ago. A few of the projects at the shop: 1951 MG TD, 1970 Mustang Mach 1, 1959 Cadillac, 1963 T-Bird convertible, 1950 Chevrolet truck, John Deere 3010 tractor, 1980 Rolds Royce, 1965 Chevelle, 1960 Impala Convertible, etc...

My own personal projects: 1956 Buick Special, 1958 Ford F250, 1959 Rambler wagon, 1977 Ford F150, 1986 Jaguar XJ-S.

Before starting the shop, I graduated from McPherson College with a BA Technology, with emphasis in auto restoration, and a minor in Business Administration. In this time I did 7 internships. Some projects I had a hand in: 1908 Holsman, 1915 Pierce Arrow, 1936 Delahaye, 1936 Ford, Mercedes Grosser 770, and various others.

I have gained a bit of knowledge, but I am 28 years old and know I've got plenty left to learn.

Thanks,

David

Thanks, folks! Here's a couple current pictures from the shop. I'd say I've got enough going on to keep one guy busy... lol

Thats my 56 Buick on the right.
The Dart on the lift will be headed to Hawaii in a few months!

Completed the MG for a customer a few years ago. Tractor and General Lee belong to my father.
Restored the chassis of the Cadillac for a customer but he does not want to finish it. Open to offers!
