Default New from Tacoma.

HI guys !
My names is Spencer and 3 months ago bought my first Jag in the US. A 1995 Vanden Plas.
Originally from London, back in the 70's and late 80's I had a few Jags and Daimlers. Took me 23 years of living here to get my first and it's a beautiful X300 VDP - although I call it an XJ6.
I've been happy with it up until the fuel pump failed. Replaced with new pump and new filter but now cannot reconnect the 2 fuel lines into the back of tank.

Happy to be a part of this group - and my next step would be to start a thread with the problem I've just describes ?

Spencer.

Welcome.

Those lines can be a mongrel, and access is tight.

I sprayed mine with Solicon Lube, and that "seemed" to help.

Welcome Spencer. Check out our regional page at https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northwest-64/ and make sure I add you to the email list. We just finished our last drive for the season, but there's always something going on in our neck of the woods.
