Talking Newbie

Hi All
I am new to this Forum. I discovered it whilst looking for wiring diagrams for my car.
I recently bought a 1992 XJS V12 Convertible which has 58,000 miles on it.
Its in pretty good condition all in all, but needs a few things to be sorted out.
As I was searching google for wiring diagrams, I came upon a related post from this Forum, and after looking through it, I saw that it is a great community to be part of.
I hope to be able to add value to the Forum as well as gain good experience from other members.
Please see attached photos of my car as purchased. I already changed the headlights to the twin type which I purchased from SNG Barrats - UK.
That made a huge difference to the lighting as the original ones were quite rusty.
Cheers

As I see it, you have at least two things going for you regarding that car:
First of all it's BLACK!! My Favorite!
Second, it's a convertible. I LUV convertibles.
Other than that, we have a very active XJS section where you'll fit right in.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Thank you ElinorB indeed for this heart lightening welcome )
Makes me feel really welcome.
I'm glad we share some interests in common, and hope we cross paths again.
I am still looking within the forum for wiring diagrams for the XJS but cant seem to locate a related post.
So I guess I will make a new thread for that purpose.
Cheers

Thank you Graham for your welcoming note and advice.
The Forum layout is quite classic compared to others that I belong to, happy to say so.
It is easy to surf around and very well defined which makes life easier when searching for a topic.
Some forums give you a headache trying to seek information.
Nice XK, BTW
Thanks again buddy
Cheers
