I bought a 2003 X-type a bit over a year ago and the car really grew on me. I found one with 78k miles and an extensive record of routine maintenance. As I do with all my cars, I have many customizations planned. I decided to join the forum after using it for technical guidance for months when I very recently experienced a bad misfire during really cold weather that I’m trying to get to the bottom of. Here are a few pictures of my pretty kitty. Rims coming soon I refit the bezels after this photo as they proved a real pain to get perfect the second time around. Needless to say I’ll be redoing this hydro dip because there’s slight damage to it.

Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Yes, well originally I just wanted navigation and Spotify but decided to upgrade the factory speakers. One thing led to another and here I am. I’m respectful about playing it loud though and currently it’s pulling way too much power for the car at full volume so I’m waiting on a custom alternator before cranking it!
