Have owned a couple XJ6 S-IIIs and a couple XJRs. I've wandered in the wilderness for a few years with BMWs and currently drive an F-550. While the 550 is the most incredible car I've driven, I'm weary of the hassle. Got pulled over 6 times in 8 weeks. Never got a ticket,... just officers who wanted to chat. So, I'm coming back home to Jag for an XJR or Super V8 to lay low and drive a car that has amazing power and performance in a gorgeous package. So, I'm searching the ads,...

Well you will certainly get style and elegance with your proposed chice of Jaguar, I just hope the cops leave you alone. Why on earth would you get pulled over for driving what looks to me like a Ford pickup ?

 

The F-550 a distant cousin to Ford,... Ferrari. And you can get both in red! I got pulled over because the officers "wanted to make sure it wasn't stolen" or "just wanted to check registration",... on and on,... They were always nice, but it just became a pain.
