Can any one tell me where the diagnostic plug is situated on my 51 3.0ltr x-type

The forum has an international membership and the UK '51Plate' can be confusing. Model Year is a better identifier to use when posting questions. Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
