Default X Type jaguar

Hi there my name is Joe and I live in the UK, I have recentley bought a 2003 X Type 2.0d which is great, when I bought the car I knew there was a problem with the driver side rear door window winder, on removing the door card I found that there is an electric window regulator installed but not connected (there should have been a manual winder) I am now trying to discover if I can connect the elec door winder to make it operate or do I have to convert it back to manual, can anyone help with an elec diagram for the elec regulator connections please, thanks in advance, Joe

Welcome to the forum Joe,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
