XF dash separation

XF dash separation
Leather covering on dash has separated and pulled back from windshield. 2012 Jag dealer qt 8000 to reair. JAG customer service offers 40% discount. A known issue i believe ??

A regular issue for XK owners in your Region so I'm not surprised the XF is similar. This variety of 'leather', in keeping with most of the interior of a modern Jaguar has never seen an animal and was created in a laboratory!
