XK- or XKR shopping has started
Hi all,
Happy to find this Forum and looking forward to some new learning. I'm getting ready to sell my 1975 Triumph Spitfire, which my wife gave me to celebrate my Navy retirement in 2018. We loved touring, club meets and showing it BUT, after 6 neck and back surgeries (including 4 fusions) since we got it, the Spitfire just doesn't work for me any longer.
We wanted another convertible and something unique with more comfort. May be silly but we wanted to stay British so we could still participate in our British car club! Thus, the Jaguar XK-8 / XKR. I recently test drove a 2002 XK-8 and fell in love!
Now, the hunt begins!

Thanks- is a bummer but beats the alternative for sure! Most importantly, I'm still able to shop for a Spitfire replacement.
